Impact
My research focuses on the health and wellbeing of teenage girls, with a special interest in how material barriers affect them in school PE lessons. As a PhD student at the University of Bath Department for Health, I am driven to find innovative solutions to the health-related problems that teenage girls face.
I have been privileged to receive several awards and grants, including the Doctoral Alumni Grant of £900, the Funds for Women Graduates Final Year Grant of £3000, and I am a participant of the University of Bath Doctoral Showcase and Finalist of the Student Business Plan Competition. I am eager to continue to pursue my research and make a positive contribution to the health of teenage girls worldwide.
